↠ A recorded masterclass of the 18" mandala design we'll be painting together, so that participants can complete the piece on their own time following the retreat should they need to
↠ A pre-recorded palette and colour theory masterclass, delivered a month before the retreat, for participants to work through on their own time (if desired). ↠ A curated retreat gift bag to take home with you
Colleen from @dotsoflovecanada and Lauren from @loveanddots, are coming together to host Canada's first in-person mandala retreat taking place in October of 2025. "More Than Mandalas" will be a community and growth-focused 3-day in-person retreat. While we'll spend the majority of our time painting together, we also want participants to come away feeling more present to possibility in themselves, their lives, and their painting practices, accessing new levels of potential in any area of life, art and even business. All plans thus far are tentative and subject to change, and include a variety of painting workshops, mindset classes and mindfulness practices like sound baths and reiki sessions with certified professionals.
The retreat is open to and welcoming of participants from anywhere in the world, but please note that you are responsible for your travels plans and costs required to get to Canmore.
PLEASE NOTE: The price of overnight accommodations is not included in the cost of the retreat, and retreat-goers will be responsible for booking their hotel or AirBNB stay for the duration of the retreat. Upon securing your spot, you'll be added to a Telegram group chat where you can chat and connect with fellow retreat participants leading up to the retreat in October. You may wish to use this space to find others to share room bookings with, if you're wanting to share a room or ride from the airport.
Upon securing your spot, you'll be sent a welcome email within ten minutes to a few hours (if you were able to checkout then you secured one of the spots!) with the link to the Telegram group chat where we'll all be connecting leading up to the retreat, and all the other necessary information you need.
We're so excited to meet you in beautiful Canmore, Alberta come October!
Xx, Lauren and Colleen
Rolled Paper & Canvas Prints (Square)
Rolled Paper & Canvas Prints (Square)
All rolled canvas and paper prints are made and shipped in Vancouver, BC using UltraChrome archival-grade pigments. A matte, heavyweight textured cotton is used for paper prints.
Canvas prints are printed on exhibition grade matte canvas and hand-coated with a water-based varnish, to protect against UV ray damage.
Canvas prints come rolled and will need to be stretched, which you can have done at your local framing shop. You may wish to either hang your canvas print directly on the wall after having it stretched, or purchase a floating frame to finish it off!
The total framable surface area for both paper and canvas prints is as labelled (24", 34", 44", 54"), with paper prints having a 1" white border and canvas prints having s 2" added on all sides for the purpose of being stretched over a wooden frame.
Stretched Prints (Round)

The stretched canvas prints have been hand-crafted as an almost exact replica of the original paintings. The are made-to-order and take up to 4 weeks to ship, as each one is a timely process involving multiple stages and people.
The canvas prints are printed in Vancouver, Canada on exhibition grade matte canvas and hand-coated with a water-based varnish, to protect against UV ray damage and match the finish of the original piece. They are stretched onto circular wooden frames and come ready-to-hang!
Reproduction & Printing Process
Reproduction & Printing Process
All Love & Dots prints begin with the cutting edge Uberscan scanning technology at Colourgenics Fine Art Imaging in Toronto, Canada.
Raw scans are then carefully reviewed and optimized by the team at Colourgenics, ensuring each scan captures the original artwork in stunning detail and accuracy.
From there, these high-resolution images are sent to our print production and fulfilment shop (Tricera Print) in Vancouver, Canada for all of our Paper and Canvas print-making.
From start-to-finish, all Love & Dots fine art prints have been meticulously planned and executed with as much intention, attention to detail and high quality materials as the original paintings, so that you can display a true work of art in your home at a fraction of the cost of acquiring an original piece.
Details & Dimensions
Details & Dimensions
All rolled/un-stretched paper and canvas prints have a total frame-able (paper) or stretchable (canvas) surface area that matches the dimensions of the listing.
Paper prints come with an added 1" white border, making the paper size 2" larger than the listed size. For example, a 24" paper print has a total image size of 24", printed on a 26" piece of high quality paper.
Canvas prints are designed to be stretched over a wooden frame (this can be done at your local framing shop) that is the same size as what is listed. Canvas prints have an additional 2" added to all sides that matches the background colour, for the purpose of mounting it on a stretcher frame. For example, a 24" rolled canvas print will be 28" X 28" total size, and should be stretched over a 24" stretcher.
